In this discussion paper, the UK-based organization RESET provides a resource for jumpstarting conversations on community-led welcome for refugees by making the case for a single refugee sponsorship scheme in the UK. Welcoming America and the Welcoming International Alliance contributed to this document as part of a special project on community sponsorship and building a welcoming infrastructure. This paper is a companion report to the policy brief published by COMPAS, a Welcoming International Alliance member, in December 2022.
